The STAT series of shelters feature patented high
pressure AirBeams™ available
only through Vertigo. AirBeams have a strength to weight ratio superior to
rigid metal beams, and also consume far less pack volume. This type of
construction dramatically reduces complexity and parts count, and help make
these shelters unexcelled for rapid deployment and strike. Three personnel
can set up the shelter in 10 minutes with no formal training.
Complexed STAT 32 interior
The STAT shelters are available in two basic sizes: 21 feet and 32 feet.
Shelters can be interfaced to other shelters with standardized TEMPER
vestibules. The 32 foot shelters can be connected together end to end to
provide 20 x 64 feet of open space.
Several skin materials are available depending on the application. All skins
are abrasion resistant, water repellent, UV resistant, IR reflective and
provide military blackout. A CB skin is also available. Integral shelter and
flooring ensures no loose parts, rapid assembly, and weather tightness.
The tent is rated and tested for 55 mph winds with gusts to 65 mph. Rated
snow load is 10 pounds per square foot. The shelter comes standard with a
top skin, integral floor, two end doors (one cargo door and one personnel
door with TEMPER vestibule interface).
Vertigo production facility
Many options and combinations are available, including ECU ducts, power
distribution system, lighting, and a lightweight thermal liner with an air
distribution plenum. Windows and several doors are available including end
panel and side panel man-doors, cargo doors, vehicle boot kits, and
personnel and litter airlock interfaces. Other options include an air
compressor with automatic inflation maintenance, stakes, and hard plastic
shipping containers.
