HDT offers an extensive array of Aerospace Development, Test, & Evaluation (DT&E) services. HDT's office in Lake Elsinore, California is co-located with Skylark Airport.  This proximity provides immediate access to ground, flight and parachute test facilities–Skylark being one of the preeminent parachute and skydive centers in the US.  With 30,000 square feet of high-bay hangar space at our Lake Elsinore location, HDT’s DT&E services make it a unique provider to the aerospace industry.
