We seek to continually improve the effectiveness of our QMS so that we may continually improve the quality of all customer deliverables. Vertigo’s management team is committed to delivering total customer satisfaction as indicated through this Quality Policy, and meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard as evidenced by our manual. The Management Review Process forms the basis for complying with this commitment. Vertigo’s management team is dedicated to continuously improving the quality system and our products, processes and services with the goal of increasing customer and employee satisfaction. Quality objectives are established as part of the Management Review process. These objectives are measurable and based on the needs of our customers, our employees and our shareholders. Vertigo’s quality objectives are as follows:
