Thor® 200

The HDT Nordic Thor 200 is the industry’s most advanced mobile, ground support flight line air conditioner, providing customers with the unprecedented capability to maintain aircraft cooling requirements in the world’s most extreme environmental conditions. The Thor 200 provides sufficient airflow and cooling capability for cooling aircraft avionics and personnel during maintenance and pre-flight ground support operations.

The HDT Nordic Thor 200 is offered in three (3) variants that provides a wide range of airflows and delivered air temperatures that are selectively controlled via operator set-points.

• Model Thor 200-LP (LowPressure) offering high airflow at low pressure provides up to 200lb/minute at 1 psi static pressure (91kg/minute at 6.9 kPa).

• Model Thor 200-DP (DualPressure) offering variable airflow with low to high static pressure capability ranging from 200lb/minute at 1 psi static pressure (91 kg/minute at 6.9 kPa) with infinite settings to 108 lb/minute at 5.5 psi (49 kg/minute at 37.9 kPa).

• Model Thor 200-HP (High Pressure) offering low airflow at high pressure provides up to 108 lb/min at 5.5 psi static pressure

All models are self-powered by an on board diesel engine / generator set that operates on a wide variety of diesel, commercial aviation, and military fuels or they can be operated from shore power. The HDT Nordic Thor 200 is capable of operating in a return air configuration or as a single pass system.
