XCP-100

The HDT XCP-100 is a complete 100-person integrated solution for expeditionary collective protection. As the sole manufacturer of all major system components, HDT Global is uniquely positioned as the single source provider for this state-of-the-art shelter system. The HDT XCP-100 System contains HDT Base-X® shelters, HDT CBRN filtration systems including the HDT FFA400 with the HDT M98 filter set, and HDT ECUs. All of the HDT Global system components provide a fully integrated design, not just a collection of individual components, providing peace of mind and the protection needed in hazardous environments.

The HDT XCP-100 System has each of the four core collective protection functions integrated into every expeditionary system.

Barrier Protection
The barrier protection provided by the HDT XCP-100 System is a combination of the shelter’s outer shell and the inner liner. The HDT Base-X CBRN liner provides superior barrier protection against liquid and vapor contaminants. Liners are provided with integrated connectors so shelters can be structured in any configuration (end-to-end or side-to-side)

Air Purification
The HDT FFA400 and M98 filter set are the vital components of the proprietary HDT air purification system. The FFA400 provides sufficient air flow to supply the toxic free

area (TFA). These components have been tested and qualified for harsh expeditionary environments and are used throughout the world for protecting key personnel and assets

Access/Exit
Each shelter supports an attachable single person airlock. The airlock provides ingress and egress to the TFA without compromising its integrity. Multiple person airlocks capable of allowing stretcher-borne patients are available.

Overpressure
The HDT FFA400 creates a positive pressure environment (relative to the outside atmosphere) in the CBRN liner which establishes the TFA. This overpressurization feature creates positive pressure within the shelter to ensure the TFA is impervious to toxic materials.
