 | | Glen Brown |
Chief Engineer: Glen Brown, founder and owner of Vertigo, Inc., currently
works from the Santa Cruz, California office. Glen has extensive experience with
UAVs, inflatable structures, aerodynamic decelerators, and space systems. He currently holds 10 US patents
and has published more than 25 technical papers and articles. Glen has a B.S. degrees in mechanical and
aerospace engineering from the California Institute of Technology. Glen is the recipient of the 2007
American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Theodor W. Knacke Aerodynamic Decelerator Systems Award.

 | | Roy Haggard |
Chief Technologist: Roy Haggard, founder and owner of Vertigo, Inc., provides management oversight
for all engineering, fabrication
and test activities. Roy has extensive experience in the areas of aircraft, parachute and inflatable
structure design. Since 1970, he has designed, fabricated and test flown over 50 of his original aircraft
designs. Roy has contributed significant technical innovations related to un-manned air vehicles, and holds
several patents related to aircraft and parachutes. He also has private airplane and helicopter licenses.

 | | Dean Jorgensen |
Director, Business Development: Dr. Dean Jorgensen works from Vertigo's Hartford, Connecticut
field office and is responsible for the overall marketing and sales of Vertigo's products and engineering
services. Dean also provides analytical and systems engineering support to the engineering group.
He has extensive experience in the design and fielding of
advanced aerospace systems, including the US Air Force's Sensor Fuzed Weapon and Mobile Microwave Landing
System. Dean earned his ScB degree in civil engineering from Brown University and his PhD in aeronautical
engineering from the University of Leicester, England.

 | | Lynn Fogleman |
Director, Engineering: J. Lynn Fogleman has over ten years with Vertigo, Inc. Lynn has been
involved in most of Vertigo's whole-aircraft parachute development
programs. Lynn's extensive experience in this field includes the design, testing, and documentation
of parachute recovery systems for General Aviation aircraft and military UAV systems. Lynn has designed,
tested, and implemented parachute systems and aircraft auxiliary systems for mid-air retrieval of
high-value military and NASA payloads. Additionally, he has experience designing, testing and developing
structures for large payload (up to 10,000 lb) parachute soft landing systems and inflatable aircraft
ranging from 25 to 1,000 lbs. Lynn is also a private pilot and a highly experienced sport parachutist.
He has made over 3,000 parachute jumps in the last 38 years, many of which are test or camera jumps,
and he holds a Professional Parachutist Rating.

Director, AirBeam Development: Joining Vertigo in 2004, Dan offers a demonstrated knowledge of
engineering, production, and programmatic principles related to new product development and high volume
manufacturing.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo,
and is achieving a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. In addition, he maintains
his credential as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI).
Prior to joining Vertigo, Dan had a variety of positions that provided him with a wide breadth of experience
for developing and transitioning new products into high volume manufacturing.

Director, Airdrop Programs: Dave came to Vertigo five years ago and has helped bring the Affordable
Guided Airdrop System (AGAS) from concept to commercialization. He has
over twelve years experience in the aerospace industry and has served many
rolls in the industry from Production Manger to QC Manager. Dave has been
a Production specialist, where he helped set up new production lines and a
Kaizen team leader were he helped overhaul existing production lines. Dave
has a Certificate in Manufacturing Technologies from The QPE institute.
Dave also has eight years in the construction industry where he was a G.F.
for an electrical contractor.

Director, Contracts & Proposals: Joining Vertigo in 2004, Jim has held positions in Business
Operations and Cost Analysis prior to his current assignment as Director of Contracts and Proposals. A
retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, he has extensive experience in Aerospace Logistics, Acquisition,
Contracts, and Strategic Planning. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Providence College
and a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Webster University.

Director, Human Resources and Administration: Joining Vertigo in 1997, Candy Mosby has managed all the
Human Resource functions, as well as overseeing the administrative staff, safety program, and acting as
Executive Assistant to the owners. She has been instrumental in setting up the records management and
document control
systems for Vertigo, as well as growing the reference and engineering library. She assists all upper
management personnel in administrative functions as well as engineering functions.

 | | J.C. Egnew |
Board Member: Mr. Egnew is currently the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of
Outdoor Venture Corporation (Stearns, KY), a company he co-founded in 1972. Outdoor Venture is a key
supplier of military tents to the U. S. Department of Defense and currently employs approximately 250
people in two plants in McCreary County, KY.
Mr. Egnew previously served as President and Business Manager
of American Bag Corporation (Stearns, KY) and as Vice President of Manufacturing for Camel Manufacturing
(Knoxville, TN). Mr. Egnew began his career as an engineer for NASA in Huntsville, Alabama.
Mr. Egnew is a former Chairman of the Industrial Fabrics Association International and a current Director
of the Industrial Fabrics Foundation. He is a Director of the National Institute for Hometown Security,
(Somerset, KY), a Director of the HUBZone Contractors National Council, (Washington, DC), a Director of
the Bank of McCreary County (Whitley City, KY), President, of the McCreary County Education Foundation,
(Stearns, KY) and a Director of The Center For Rural Development (Somerset, KY).
Mr. Egnew is responsible for the startup of four manufacturing facilities and the creation of more
than 1,000 jobs in McCreary County, KY and the surrounding area.
Mr. Egnew has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Evansville
(Indiana) and an M.S. in industrial management from the University of Tennessee.
