HDT Global Announces Leadership Transition at Airborne Systems

SOLON, Ohio – July 1, 2011 – HDT Global (“HDT”), a leading provider of highly-engineered mobile military and emergency response solutions, today announced a leadership transition within its Airborne Systems Division. Elek Puskas has transitioned from his current role as CEO of HDT Airborne to that of Senior Executive Advisor. Serving Airborne for more than 42 years, Mr. Puskas has held the position of CEO since April 2005. In his new role, Mr. Puskas will continue as a strategic advisor to the Airborne and HDT Global management teams.
In accordance with the long-standing company leadership succession plan, Brad Pedersen, current President of North America Operations, will assume the responsibility for executive leadership of Airborne Systems as President, HDT Airborne. Joining Airborne Systems in 2006, Mr. Pedersen has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, with the earlier portion of his career spent working in key management positions for Sikorsky and Boeing. During his time with Airborne and HDT, Mr. Pedersen has demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to stimulate innovation and cost improvements.
