Company Culture

Vertigo is a company of unique individuals. We provide a culture for our employees based on valuing individual performance, innovation and creativity. Our 9/80 schedule and flexible work plan allows for a balanced lifestyle. We attract individuals who excel in their personal pursuits and where personal avocations compliment the business activities of the company. A common theme among employees is a keen sense of curiosity and adventure that manifests in the workplace and beyond. Day-to-day life for Vertigo employees ranges from hangliding — we have three world champion hang glider pilots — to mountain climbing — Everest or Cho Oyu, to exhibition skydiving, helicopter and fixed-wing piloting to world-class sailing and aerobatics. Among all employees there is a keen desire to continually explore new boundaries. We even have a concert pianist.
